Our goal is to ensure a smooth customer experience. Below is a summary of our policy for returns and refunds to provide you with peace of mind:
• Return window:
If you are not completely satisfied with your device, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Eligibility for return:
The device must be in its original condition and include the original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a return.
• Return process:
Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team and following the provided instructions.
We will issue your refund within five business days after we receive and examine the device you returned.
Our goal is to offer you a new item after confirming the issue following our Returns Policy and Warranty coverage.
If we cannot find direct replacements, we will get in touch with you to have a conversation. When returning your device, make sure it is packaged properly to prevent any potential damage. Before you return your device, make sure to delete all accounts and personal data.

Steps to follow:
STEP 1 – GET YOUR ITEM READY
i) Backing up data and storing information on SIM cards
Before you return any device, the crucial step is to take out the SIM cards/SD cards, and it is highly advised to back up all data on the devices before returning them. This will guarantee that all of your data is preserved. Upon receiving devices, we delete all data, so we are not liable for any data loss on returned devices.
If you are returning an Apple or Android device, make sure to remove all iCloud and Google Account locks before sending it back to us. If you do not comply, we will not be able to handle your return. If you ae uncertain about how to proceed, please click here for assistance.
Please make sure to include the charger and cable used with the device when returning it, as we need them to complete the return process. This is necessary in order to rule out the charger or cable as the source of the problem with your device.
ii) Pack your return
Put the items you want to return (along with the charger and cable used with the device) in safe and suitable packaging. Make sure to seal the package tightly, and if you have printed the label, affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Ensure that all previous shipping labels, stickers, and other items are completely removed, and utilize bubble wrap or similar materials to prevent any damage to the item, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
Please make sure to only include the charger and cable when sending the device. Our engineers will take out any phone cases, screen protectors, or SIM cards during the return process.
Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice showing your order number to ensure there is no delay in processing your return
STEP 2 – SUBMIT YOUR RETURN
In order to avoid any delays in processing your return and guarantee that your tracking number is entered correctly, it is important to accurately and fully complete the Returns Form.
STEP 3 – SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO US
After completing step 2 and submitting your return, please return the item to the address provided. Please make sure to wrap the item properly in order to prevent any harm while it is being shipped. We highly recommend that you insure the item for the appropriate amount in case the package is lost.
