Faults include but are not limited to:

• Heavy signs of scratching and/or wear on device (inc. engraving and/or personalisation)
• Liquid damage
• Any functional defect
• We cannot buy your device if it is missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half
• Battery health is less than 80%
• Does not charge; freezes or is stuck in a loop; Wi-Fi; Bluetooth fault; No Service; faulty proximity; accelerometer; overheats
• Missing Stylus Pen (where applicable)

• Not personalised and/or engraved
• Screen – no defective pixels (e.g screen burn, dead pixels, liquid damage) and the touchscreen works.
• Tablet powers on and all parts of the device are fully working
• Battery health above 80%
• Must include stylus pen (where applicable)
